Voice CCIE Engineer position in Miami, FL
This position is responsible for leading, planning, and implementing unified communications consulting engagements. The candidate will set goals, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization. Although the primary focus of this position is to implement and support unified communications installations the candidate may also be tasked with other network related duties, such as but not limited to; build-outs including security, routing, switching, and wireless.
The candidate will also be required to provide mentoring, training, and support for the technical and sales staff.
Cisco CCIE Voice
Experience in providing consultative approach to customers
Proven implementation and upgrade experience with recent and previous versions of unified communications call manager
Responsible for design, staging, configuration, implementation, and support for unified communications installations as necessary
Implementation experience with switching and routing in regards to the deployment of unified communications including PSTN technologies such as, PRI, FXO, ISDN, SIP trunks , MPLS, and other industry standards
Understanding of CISCO PDIOO model and best practices for implementations services
Experience working with Sales Teams
Experience using Cisco pre sales configuration including configuration tool, Wizards and contacting sales support
Unified Contact center experience including scripting and implementation a plus
Virtualization of unified communications and general virtualization knowledge a plus
Willing to travel as required
Experience with both pre-sales and implementation
Excellent customer facing presentation and communication skills
